Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

At Pure Source India, we are committed to delivering quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction.

1. Return Period

Customers must contact us within 2 days of delivery to report an issue or request a return, subject to the conditions below.

2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs or an unboxing video. After verification, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund, as applicable. Return shipping arrangements will be communicated by our team.

3. Change of Mind & Other Returns

Returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, or ordering the wrong size are not accepted unless approved by Pure Source India. For approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable charges, unless otherwise required by law.

4. Product Condition

Approved returns must be unused and securely packed in their original packaging, with all accessories and proof of purchase. Products showing damage caused by misuse or improper handling may not qualify for a return or replacement.

5. Non-Returnable Products

Customized, personalized, used, or opened fragrance and aroma products are generally not eligible for return, except where a remedy is required by applicable law.

6. Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval decision. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, wherever possible, within 7–10 business days. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.

7. International Orders

International customers must contact us before sending any product back. Return shipping, customs duties, and other applicable charges will be communicated in advance. International returns are subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
